Untitled
 Losing, you to the night
    My last breath
    Stolen.
Lying on the floor that introduced us,
    Listening to you breathe, Intently
    Like a devoted student,
    I stare at your Raven
Hair reflecting light from the glaring
Computer screen. I trace my fingers
Across lips, smooth soft as your velvet
Shirt -- fabric blue as midnight,
Trapping every memory, like the first time
We touched, I save each of these I can
Even your scent, like vanilla, Wanting
    Needing it to Linger
Always like a scar that mars
My heart, lasting long after morning
    When I must leave you
    Not by my choice,
    By yours.
