1. What are your current projects?
Well, obviously this magazine. But the usual really, reading, writing, drawing, taking pictures, etc. I plan on starting a new homepage and adding more text to Neuralgia's pages soon.

2. What has influenced you the most?
My life, my experiences in it, and the things I see, hear and read. I am fascinated by philosophy, religion and magic, love, fetishism, decay, madness, horror, symbolism, surrealism, and old gothic novels and such.

3. What is the strangest thing you have ever seen?
What about things I think I see? When I was about six or seven, I saw a broken doll's hand and actually thought it was a child's severed hand. I had a large imagination so mostly the strange stuff I never actually saw.

4. Any favorite horror movies? What that movie(s)?

I like Suspiria. It is a wonderful Italian horror movie which takes place at a dance academy. It has excellent cinematography and a very creepy feel. Also, Goblin did the soundtrack which is quite well suited. I also like the old Hammer horror films, Night of the Living Dead, Hellraiser, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

5. What is the strangest thing you have ever done?

I plead the fifth on that one.

6. Why, if at all, do feel drawn to the more unusual side of life?
Interesting question and to believe I wrote it. I've always liked what I like and don't really like to be pressured to be like everyone else. I'm not saying I don't sometimes wish I were happier or more "normal", whatever that means. But I'm much more comfortable being who I am.

7. Any favorite serial killers? Why that one?

Jack the Ripper. Mostly since he has still managed to elude authorities. The Dusseldorf Vampire also interests me. He supposedly killed his victims to drink their blood for erotic purposes. And there is Ed Gein, mostly because he seems to be the most bizarrely elaborate of all serial killers, what with his human skin suits and obsession for young promiscuous girls.

8. What artists, musicians, or writers inspire you?
A quick list: Rembrandt, Caravaggio, Van Gogh, Schiele, Kokoshka, J.P. Witkin, John Clarence Laughlin, Diane Arbus, Cindy Sherman, Rimbaud, Antonin Artaud, Baudelaire, Bradbury, Lovecraft, Poe, Dylan Thomas, Kafka, Burroughs, V.C. Andrews, Tom Waits, Nick Cave, Cranes, Einsturzende Neubauten, Joy Division, Christian Death, REM, Terry Gilliam, Tim Burton, Jodorowsky, and David Lynch. Some new pleasures include the bands Ataraxia, The Swans, Paige, and Tennessee Williams.

9. Would you say that life is somewhat absurd?

Often.

10. Any questions you'd like to ask?

Why am I asking myself these questions?
